RETURN POLICY & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

At LUSSERA, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. In full compliance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 and EU consumer protection directives, you have the right to return your items under the following conditions.

1. Right of Withdrawal Under EU law on distance contracts, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason and without penalty.

2. Return Conditions Items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition
  • Include original packaging, all tags, seals, and accessories

Exceptions (Article 17 of DL 24/2014): The following cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Swimwear or underwear with broken hygiene seals
  • Custom-made or personalized items

3. Return Shipping Costs Unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

4. Refund Timeline After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Deadline: Refund within 14 calendar days from the date we are notified of your withdrawal
  • Hold: We may retain the refund until we receive the goods or proof of shipment
  • Method: Refund via the same payment method used, at no extra cost to you

5. Legal Guarantee All products carry a 3-year legal guarantee under Decree-Law No. 84/2021 against manufacturing defects. If you find a defect, contact us with a detailed description and photos/videos.
